How this policy is organized

Spectral Moose publishes more than one app. Not every app collects the same data. Some apps use advertising and analytics; others collect little or no personal data beyond what Apple provides for basic App Store operation.

Website

When you visit spectralmoose.com, standard web server and CDN logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive the information you choose to send (for example name, email address, and message content) so we can respond.

Astro Defenders — data we collect

Kick Pro and Calculator AiO

These apps may collect different (and often fewer) categories of data than Astro Defenders. Their exact data types, purposes, and tracking status are listed on each app’s App Store product page under App Privacy.

In general, depending on the app and platform features enabled, collection may include some combination of diagnostics, identifiers, usage data, or advertising-related data — or may be limited to what Apple itself processes for App Store distribution, crash reporting, and in-app purchases.

Tracking and advertising

Where an app uses third-party advertising (for example Google AdMob) or related analytics, advertising partners may collect identifiers, coarse location, usage/advertising data, and similar information to deliver and measure ads, including across other apps and websites when allowed by platform rules and your device settings.

On iOS, you can manage tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and system settings (for example, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). You can also reset your advertising identifier in iOS settings.

Third-party services

Depending on the app, we may use services such as:

• Analytics and crash/diagnostic tools — to understand performance and fix bugs (where used)

Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Advertising and analytics partners may retain data according to their own policies and retention controls.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International users

Our apps are distributed worldwide through the App Store. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by Apple, Google, and other service providers, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we post revisions. Material changes may also be reflected in App Store privacy labels for affected apps.
