Spectral Moose publishes more than one app. Not every app collects the same data. This page has:

Tracking and advertising

Where an app uses third-party advertising (for example Google AdMob) or related analytics, advertising partners may collect identifiers and, depending on the app, location, usage/advertising data, purchase-related data, or diagnostics, to deliver and measure ads — including across other apps and websites when allowed by platform rules and your device settings.

On iOS, you can manage tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and system settings (for example, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). You can also reset your advertising identifier in iOS settings.

Third-party services

Depending on the app, we may use services such as:

• Apple — App Store, in-app purchases, device platform services
• Google AdMob / Google advertising services — ads and related measurement (where used)
• Analytics and crash/diagnostic tools — to understand performance and fix bugs (where used)

Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Advertising and analytics partners may retain data according to their own policies and retention controls.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact [email protected].

• Delete the app to stop further collection by that app on your device
• Contact us to ask what data we hold related to a support email you sent

Children’s privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International users

Our apps are distributed worldwide through the App Store. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by Apple, Google, and other service providers, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we post revisions. Material changes may also be reflected in App Store privacy labels for affected apps.
